What is a virtual assistant?

Great question... A Virtual Assistant is an independent contractor who outsources their time and knowledge to help you with your daily tasks. There is no longer the need to go through the hiring and training process. At my Virtual Help we are here to relieve the pressure on you by assisting with any jobs you have, no matter the size.

How much does it cost?

We have hourly or project rates that you can choose from. These depend on a variety of factors including skill level, length of project, complexity of job and materials required to carry out the task. Contact us to discuss an option that would suit your business.

How do I know that my business information will be safe?

Confidentiality is an important part of our business and we take security and privacy issues very seriously.

How will I be billed?

Most jobs are pre-paid where we send through an invoice before commencement of the job as agreed upon at your initial consultation. We can offer weekly invoicing for larger ongoing projects.

What is the process of getting started?

- Visit our Contact Us page and drop us a few lines on what assistance you are after.

- We will then organise a time to discuss in detail your required time frame and tasks.

- A quote will be sent through for your approval.

- Once you have accepted our quote and are happy to proceed, we will email you through an invoice for pre-payment. For larger ongoing projects we can discuss 7-day payment terms.

- You can then continue with your daily routine whilst we help with the given tasks.

How do we share files?

We can use a range of different platforms including Dropbox and Google Drive or simply via email.
